We wanted a product that both proves our engineering approach and compounds as an asset: an SEO-first calculator platform that could scale toward hundreds of tools without the thin, templated content Google's 2026 updates penalize — fast, accessible, and cheap to extend.
Approach
We built a config-driven system where each calculator is a single file — its metadata plus a small React component — and the framework generates the rest automatically: the page, SEO metadata, JSON-LD (SoftwareApplication, FAQ, Breadcrumb), sitemap entry, category hub, and internal links. Design got the same rigor: Geist typography with tabular figures for every number, light and dark theming with no flash, and WCAG-conscious components.
Solution
Shipped calcyeti.com on Next.js and Vercel: 24 calculators across loans, investing, everyday math, and health; 34 world currencies; full dark mode; dynamic social share images; and Google Analytics — all statically generated for sub-second loads and clean Core Web Vitals.
