Products & licenses
Digital products (templates, starters) are licensed per our product terms at time of purchase. Standard licenses permit use in client projects; redistribution of source code is prohibited unless an agency license is purchased.
Limitation of liability
Our services and products are provided as-is within the scope agreed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond fees paid for the specific engagement.
